Our Vision
To share the wonderful Asian artisan art of using mother of pearl. Mother of pearl is the inner layer of mollusk, oyster, and abalone sea shells. This shiny and iridescent material has been used for art in Asia for centuries. In an era of mass production we want to help ensure these hand crafted items remain for generations to come!
Our Story
Some 12 years ago I discovered a mother of pearl items in South Korea. I began sending them home as gifts to North America. People liked them so much I began finding other ways to share these Asian traditional items with the west!
